This Week's Sky
On Sunday afternoon, just before the week begins, the Moon reaches its last quarter. It's a quiet turning point for putting in order the harvest you received at the last full moon. The Moon spends Monday in Leo, joining Mars in the morning and Jupiter in the evening. Motivation and good luck come together right at the start of the week. Then, on Wednesday morning, comes the brightest arrangement of the week. Venus, the star of love, beauty, and joy, and Jupiter, the star of luck and growth, join hands in a beautiful harmony. Venus is traveling through Libra, and Mercury through Scorpio, each in the middle of a retrograde. And that Mercury meets the Sun and reaches the turning point of its retrograde that same Wednesday morning. In the second half of the week, the Moon travels through Libra, and on Saturday morning, it joins Venus there. Then, on Saturday evening, the Moon moves into Scorpio and heads toward the new moon in the early hours of Monday the 9th. It's a week when pleasure and harvest spread wide, leading into a brand-new beginning.
